| The
wooden, two-story building, left center, was the Wopsy Railroad
station in Juniata. The Altoona & Logan Valley Electric
Railway (streetcar) stopped near the front door for easy travel to
the Wopsy Resort from anywhere on the streetcar route. |
|
| The
Wopsononock Railroad was narrow-gauge until a third rail was added
in 1916 in order to utilize the larger standard gauge equipment
while still being able to use the original narrow-gauge locomotives,
tenders, passenger cars and all other rolling stock. |
