Two opposing boards elected. S. P Langdon chosen president of one board and F. G. Patterson chosen president of the other. 
Litigation followed and each party in turn gained control

F. G. Patterson and S.P. Langdon appointed co-receivers

F. G. Patterson and S.P. Langdon discharged as co-receivers, control of the road passes to the Patterson party and F. G. Patterson is elected president
