Thank you for your interest in Phone service over Broadband.  There are a couple
steps you need to follow in order to insure the smoothest transition of your
telephone service.<BR>

Update April 2, 2008
<BR>
<BR>
1. Sign up for Pennswoods.net DSL <a
href="https://support.pennswoods.net/signup/index.cgi">here</a>.  Wait until we
have your DSL up and active.<BR>
<BR>
2. Sign up for VOIP.com's Phone over Broadband service at this <a
href="https://support.pennswoods.net/cgi-bin/forward.cgi?target=voip">link</a>, 
or by calling 1-800-879-8647.  

<P>As soon as you are done signing up, immediately call your
current phone provider and inform them that you are temporarily porting your
phone number to VOIP service to try it out and that you <B>DO NOT</B> want to
cancel your current phone services yet.  You'll want to make this as clear as
possible, so that there is no disruption in your telephone or DSL services. 
Failure to follow this step can result in a long period of phone and/or
internet outage.

Wait until you have their service up
and active.<BR>

3. Once you receive you VOIP phone service equipment hook it up and confirm 
that it is working, then call Pennswoods.net at 1-877-716-2002, option 1.  Inform the representative your 
VOIP service is working and you would like to change your DSL service to a dry loop service.
