Restoring Outlook Express' ability to view attachments
Outlook Express 6 has a "feature"
that blocks attachments that Microsoft deems "unsafe". It
is usually on by default, and will also occasionaly become re-enabled.
To disable this feature:
In Outlook Express, click
on Tools, then Options.
Click on the Security tab.
Uncheck the box that says
"Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially
be a virus".
