MSN TV/Web TV Not Dialing ISP's Number

1. Power off WebTV unit
2. Hit OPTION key 3 times
3. Type 217
4. Power on WebTV unit
5. Go to "Dialing Options"
6. Setup dialer as normal
7. Click "Done"
