RAS Error 691
691 - Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the
domain.
This is commonly caused by an incorrect user name and/or password.
- Verify your user name is typed correctly: i.e. username, not username@pennswoods.net
- Verify your password is correct: your password is case sensitive. Make sure you typed it correctly.
- If your connectoid is set to encrypt your username and/or password, you may get this error.
- If your account is turned off for some reason, you may receive this error. Call Pennswoods.net to rectify the problem.
If you still cannot connect and are receiving this error, call technical support.
