Click the Start button and click
Run.

Type in regedit and select OK.

Now click on the little plus sign
to the left of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, clicking
on the plus sign at the left of these keys in this order: Software,
Microsoft, Windows, Current Version, Policies.

Click on the Ratings folder.

In the right pane of the Registry
Editor window, you'll see an icon called Key. Right-click on it and
choose Delete.

Close the Registry Editor. You've
deleted your original Content Advisor password.

Restart the computer and run Internet
Explorer again.

Click View and then Internet Options
(or Options for version 3.x)

Click on the Content tab and click
on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything; just
click on OK. This will disable Content Advisor as there is no longer
a password.
NOTES: Check out the *.pol files. I'm not quite sure what their role
here is.
