Put a check in the box beside anything in the space below that you suspect you may need, and click the Recover selected items button. If you wish to do away with the list all together, click Purge selected items.

If, after using Spybot to rid your computer of spyware and adware, you find that certain programs on your computer no longer function correctly, you may need to use the Recovery feature to restore

something that was deleted by Spybot. (This is rarely needed, however.)
