Choose Permit Always from the pull-down menu and click OK.
4. NIS may prompt again for DNS server access for SlipStream. Again, select Permit Always for the pull-
down menu.

5. NIS and SlipStream need to be restarted, so reboot your PC.
6. When Windows loads up after reboot, SlipStream Acceleration and NIS should be enabled.

If you are still experiencing difficulties with Acceleration, please try uninstalling the SlipStream Accelerator,
restarting your computer, and reinstalling the Accelerator following the steps outlined above.

If the user has already denied SlipStream access to the internet, the accelerator will be blocked and will not
be able to connect to the server. The solution is to change SlipStream's permission setting in Norton by
following these steps:
1. Click on the NIS system tray icon and select Open Norton Internet Security.
2. Click on Norton Internet Security button on the left and highlight Status & Settings.
3. Select Personal Firewall and click on the Configure button on the left side.
4. Click on the Programs tab, and locate `slipaccel.exe' in the list of programs.
