Pennswoods is currently looking for hard-working individuals to join our tech support. Applicants should have basic knowledge of computers, the Internet, and email. Applicants must have good communication and customer service skills.

The technical support position at Pennswoods will include answering phones, informing potential customers of the services we provide, setting up customer's computers to connect to the Internet, setting up email, taking payments, etc. Employees must be able to accurately answer Internet related questions and logically troubleshoot connection and email problems.
